The Wisconsin Counties Association held a virtual WCA Opioid Abatement Summit on March 28, 2025.

This event was an opportunity for counties and municipalities to gather virtually to discuss how to work together to maximize abatement efforts. NOTE: This event was open to all counties and municipalities that are receiving settlement funds from the opioid litigation.

The comprehensive agenda included updates on settlements and reporting requirements, a Wisconsin DHS and DOJ update, an overview of the WCA interactive opioid payments tool, as well as a NACo opioid solutions update, and a panel on statewide abatement resources.
